While none of us has any power to change behavior in others (note how national commentators offer advice to those perceived to be close to the president to get him to change how he acts ), value exists in identifying and seeing the consequential damage which manifests in anxious systems and organizations.  Ed Friedman draws a striking parallel seen in chronically anxious families and systems which replicate families. Members of families bring that membersip to organizations which the populate.
