Our Mission...
To develop enlightened leaders through self awareness, resourceful responsiveness and authentic presence. Challenge - Emphasizing strength.
Growth comes through challenge. We work with leaders to begin with strengths and support what's going right. We believe in challenging each other to use the strengths we have to their fullest. Leadership not a sterile intellectual process, simply requiring correct strategies and methods to create change. Authentic leaders must take risks, often big risks. They must explore the uncharted waters of evolutionary and emotional dynamics which ultimately drive all human behavior and define the bounds of effective leadership. Guide - Seeing through the fog.
We, as leadership coaches, have been collectively exploring for nearly 50 years. We've learned much about what does and does not work. Leading successfully means navigating uncharted waters; making decisions before you have all the answers. We "lead leaders" because we have explored and charted much of the territory leaders must travel so they may effect positive change in their families, organizations and the world.
Nurture - Beginning with your needs. We realize that leadership, like life itself, creates wounds. Making positive changes in any organization will create strong reactions including resistance and sabotage. We work alongside leaders showing them how to gain awareness in addressing their own needs by helping them focus on their own well-being first. Leaders operating out of their own "woundedness" often burn themselves out and do damage to others. Only when leaders gain awareness and seek to heal these wounds, can their efforts create positive and lasting impact. We believe this is the key to overcoming toxicity in organizations
Support - Standing separately together. We, as leadership coaches, are on this adventure with you as well. Leadership isn't about not stumbling or not falling. It is about having the courage; the determination and the stamina to keep getting back up. We offer our assistance not as "super-leaders" out of our competence or our history of success. Rather, we offer our presence as fellow leaders who see a way to greater effectiveness. It is an honor for us to stand with other leaders amidst the uniqueness, the challenges and the ambiguities of each person's life and mission. |
