Memberships and Services
 
Your membership will be billed on a quarterly basis and will not be automatically renewed. Only one person in your organization may use support instances available under any of the individual membership categories (Basic, Intermediate or Premium). Multiple members in your organization may use available support instances at the team level of membership. Please contact us about pricing for additional support services. You may cancel your membership at any time.
 
As a way of being intentional about this process, you can expect an initial orientation session within 10 days of your initial membership. This will be in a conference call format and will include both Howard and Steve.

*Support Instance

 
Our services are value-based according to their usefulness to you. We call our basic unit of service a Support Instance. You initiate a support instance when you contact us requesting support for single presenting issue. The issue may be personal or professional and something you consider a challenge. A single support instance may involve several contacts including exchanges through email, instant messenger or by phone. There is no time limit imposed on a support instance. You need not worry about a running meter. A single flat fee is charged. This fee depends on your level of membership and does not change based on the length or number of meetings required in our work together around the presenting issue.  
 
A typical support instance may include the following:
 
  • Initial Contact
  • Identify Presenting Problem
  • Theoretical Assessment
  • Working Assessment
  • Clarify Intent and Mission
  • Identify Strategy
  • Identify Tactical Plan
  • Execute Plan and Achieve Momentum
  • Summarize Observations and Learning
  • Close Instance
